Ascent from the car park along the winter hiking path to the Falzthurnalm (1,077m). Take the summer hiking path to the Dristlalm (1,644m) behind the mountain huts. Continue in a southerly direction to the peak behind the pasture, and from there descend via the ridge alongside steep slopes to the Nauderer Kar. Climb over steep slopes to flat terrain, and to the right follow the summer hiking path to the summit.
The descent follows the ascent route.
