With WOGA®, or also Yoga on water, we exchange the mat for the paddleboard and practice our yoga exercises on the unstable surface. This not only trains concentration and coordination but also directs attention to the here and now. Body and mind are challenged, and the deep muscles are strengthened.

SUP yoga is suitable for everyone, including yoga beginners, as long as one is willing to step out of their comfort zone and have fun. There is an introduction to stand-up paddle technique, so no prior SUP experience is required. The only prerequisites are solid swimming skills and the willingness to engage in this unique adventure.
